Shipping policy

1.Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

2.Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


3.Package shipping problem

1).You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 2).We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

3).If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.


Shipping policy:

1.we will ship by air or by express by DHL, FEDEX ,UPS to door service and arrange the delivery within 3-5 working days for normal items once received the order. And the estimate delivery time to arrival will be on about 12-18 days. Not including the force majeure condition.

2.After the goods ship out, we will update the tracking number for each shipment and send the tracking number to advice customer.
