1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged Items: Request must be made within 7 days of delivery receipt

  • Custom Orders: Non-refundable (quality issues eligible for replacement only)

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/packaging

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Document the Issue:

    • Take clear photos of damaged goods and packaging

    • File a claim with the courier (if applicable)

  3. Response Time: We'll reply within 24 business hours

3. Return Shipping

  • Buyer arranges and pays for return shipping

  • Recommended: Use trackable shipping service

  • Note: Non-resalable items will be returned to sender at their expense

4. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Processed within 2 business days after receiving returned items

  • Method: Refunded via original payment:

    • PayPal: Immediate

    • Bank Cards: 3-10 business days

5. Important Notes

  • Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery

  • Manufacturing defects qualify for full refund
